Meet your Mental Skills Coach, Mentor, Accountability Partner, & Former PAC-12 Player all in one
Owner | Bella Loomis Performance, LLC.
During Bella’s time as a softball player and while earning her Bachelor’s degree in Family and Human Development, followed by a Master’s degree in Psychology at Arizona State University, she developed a strong passion for Sports Psychology. She genuinely enjoys learning and coaching about the power of our mindset.
Not only has it improved her own performance, but she also wants to share the knowledge and experiences she’s gained to help athletes unlock their potential, not just physically.
Softball has taught her that the game is more about the mind than the body. It’s a game where you’ll face failures, self-doubt, pressure, and setbacks. As a student athlete in the PAC-12, Bella has learned what it takes to build mental strength and skills.
But these skills aren’t limited to sports alone. They are valuable in everyday life, helping Bella strive to become a better person each day. That’s why she wants to share them with all of you. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out. She would love to connect and hear from you!
